Mornin' folks!

Great news Wayne! I think teaching is probably very rewarding. But what would I know about it. About a year ago my wife found this stupid pie lifter thingy at garage sale-ish store (sort of a store full of garbage IMO) for $3. It looked like crap. I could have made a nicer one, but turns out it was 19th century russian silver and she fetched $250 for it on ebay. My mother-in-law tries to make a living doing this, but sucks at it.

The days for the BudChev are really numbered. It will likely be in storage before the month is up. It's getting to cold to take care of it (wash, etc.). Snow soon.

Nobody wants to post there workout routines 'Space. We must all be lazy bastards. j/k folks! Throughout the summer I was working pretty hard, doing 100 push-ups everyday and then rollerblading to and from work - a total of about 8 kms daily. Then more rollerblading with the family a night. I get a good work out taking Seikido, but have stopped going to spend more time with the family. I used to go 3 times a week. So, I got lazy. The cold does it to me - robs my spirit. But you've inspired me today 'Space (guilted-me-into-it). I have a treadmill, so right now I'm going to do some push-ups and run for 30 minutes (if the baby will let me)

Mon-Wed-Fri: I wake up and go to the gym for 5AM when it opens. I then run 3.5 miles on the treadmill (30 minutes of running, 5 minute cool down of walking)

Then I go on to weights. Here I finish off the 45 minutes before I have to get back home to get ready to go to work. Basically it's all free-weights / bench.

Tues-Thurs: Yoga at home after work for a little bit.

Morning Everyone.

Today my son turns 12. Where do the years go? Were going to take him to the movies in a bit. Then were off to do some running around before we come back home.

Wayne, Very kewl about the job offer man. Things are really hard here right now. No one is hiring, and when they do, they are looking for kids to do the job. Trust me, I would love to move from here, but my son is finally making friends and we dont want to move AGAIN. So we are stuck here. Oh well. Life sux. What are you going to do.

20 bucks a hour and there usually 4 hours at a time... hopefully we can get in... that would be an extra 160 per inventory...

As great as a Father that you are to him, I don't think moving while he's 12 is too bad on the social platform. He hasn't hit high school yet, which would be the worst IMO.

If the job market forced a move and it created a better life, I would think he would forgive you no problem

You won't have to move very far either :P

Good Morning Everyone!

I am having a great morning so far! I slept in, came to work late, and work was somewhat busy today! Then about 15 min after walking in the door at work, I got a phone call...good lead for a new client for sure. I am meeting with them today! The after all that I have to take the company Hyundai Accent in for service, its WAY over due. I don't drive it often, nor do I like to, and i could careless about it...oops!

Wayne, that is great news for the potential job! If you go with it, make sure your extra nice to your students!

Space, I go in spurts with the gym...I do really good going 3-5 times a weeks, then I stop going completly. Over the summer I was going 4-5 days a week. Then school started, and life got really busy again, and I slowly stopped going. But I have lost 7lbs in the past 3 months. I'm not dieting, but just not eating as much (cutting out second servings). Plus I have cut WAY back on my Dr. Pepper intake.

JJ, yes it would suck to have to move Johnny at this age, but I would agree, it would be worse in high school. If you can find a good job else where, then I think that is probably more important at this point.

Everyone else, I hope you have a great day!

Just found some rear calipers for my car for $20/shipped.

Add that to Ryan's calipers that I just bought from him and now I have all my calipers. When they come in I'm gonna do A LOT of cleaning and probably get me a G2 Paint Kit. They say the longer you let it cure the better, well how about A MONTH! haha.

And if the G2 kit doesn't hold up as well as I want, I'll have my original 4 calipers to send off to a nice powdercoat place

It stinks having a daily driver that you want to do this kind of stuff on. I have to go out of my way to buy 2's of everything so I can always have the proper thing on my car haha.

As much as I didn't want to do it, I might wind up getting those D/S rotors + ceramic pads from that brakemotive guy on ebay. I've been wanting to get from R1 concepts, but after this caliper extravaganza that I decided to do (I figure why not, since I'm doing the rotor change) and I want to flush my fluids / get another oil change next month. Gonna be expensive, so I gotta save somewhere. Even if I get a year out of the rotors (sounds horrible) but then I can do the R1s.
