It's been OK - crappy pay - almost an embarrassment. I'm making about what I was making 10 years ago.
Silver is fine, I don't know if I should bite the bullet and buy some used 16 inch rims that came from an 02 Monte (same wheels as my 03) they are local and an OK price. But I don't know if I can swing the rims, winter tires and mounting right now. I really want an extra set for the winter. Is $300 too much for them?

I'm in PC hell right now. Surfing and posting is next to impossible from home right now. I don't know what is going on, but my PSP seems to be the most able computer in the house right now. I can't figure out why the desktop is so intermittent, but I haven't really been able to get on here with it for days. This post worked.

$300 for all four rims? I'd go for it Amy. That's what I want to do too. Right now I have my snow tires on some plain steelie rims. I really want to get a set of those 16" Monte rims like you described. I'd like to put the snow tires on a set of those next winter.
Putting snow tires on my Monte for the winter was the best thing I did. The added traction, combined with common sense driving, makes for a much better winter drive.
Todd, glad to read you got the day off. I was hoping for the best for ya. You should get a job in the Detroit schools. They close the schools even when there's a forecast of snow. Or heavy rain for that matter. No joke.

People seem to forget how to drive the first couple snow falls. Sort of a learning curve thing I guess.

lol That is what my brother likes to say. I ask him if he feels that way during the summer when I get 2 months off to go to the lake and sleep in.
