AHHH YES! Philly auto show is coming the end of the month / first week of Feb!! Thanks for the reminder!!!!!

Also the global warm
ing In quick summary, if enough cold, fresh water coming from the melting polar ice caps and the melting glaciers of Greenland flows into the northern Atlantic, it will shut down the Gulf Stream, which keeps Europe and northeastern North America warm. The worst-case scenario would be a full-blown return of the last ice age - in a period as short as 2 to 3 years from its onset - and the mid-case scenario would be a period like the "little ice age" of a few centuries ago that disrupted worldwide weather patterns leading to extremely harsh winters, droughts, worldwide desertification, crop failures, and wars around the world.

Justin, glad to hear U R OK! I got to head into the lake effect snow this afternoon for a teachers orientation at LMC in Benton Harbor. They are getting hammered HARD with lake effect snow. We only got 3-4" so far today. I-94 is closed with a MAJOR pile up. School bus involved. Not good!

And then there was this school bus in Ka'zoo that was hit head on by a drunk driver yesterday:

Amy, GREAT that U got a raise!!! $300 doesn't sound bad. I'm probably going to buy another set of wheels for the Silverado for some new winter tires for LadyT. $200 shipped. Just east of JJ. Can't find that deal for a Monte tho.

Everyone here, PLEASE STAY WARM AND SAFE! Hope you have a GREAT afternoon.

And the 2010 North American International Automobile Show starts next Saturday in Detroit. It is THE new car show to go to. We went 2 years ago, and had a LONG day. Probably won't go this year.

And then if it gets cold enough and ocean levels fall, as Ice and snow build up on the continents, then great pockets of methane found off the eastern seaboard of the U.S. will release. The release of methane will begin to warm the planet again.
