Evening everyone. I just paid off the last black mark on my credit. College was rough on me and this was the last item I had left to pay off. Now to work on the 2,000 in credit card debt and the house will be the only thing I have left other than student loans.

Sorry space no video clip yet. It is still raining outside. I do have a water proof camera, but just don't want to go out there.

How long ago did you graduate Todd. So far, I've had enough scholarships and parental support to avoid a loan, so I'm starting out pretty well. I know some people have had trouble with those student loans though. Glad to know that you are paying down your debt. I hope you keep your job in education, especially since I'm going to be entering that field myself in a couple of years!

You should be good entering in a couple of years. Next year should be the worst of it. I graduated in 2007. I have 2 bachelors degrees. I was unable to get any scholarships, and my parents are not able to help. I graduated with 46,000 in student loans. I am now working on my masters in education leadership and my initial administrator license. I am also working on a reading endorsement. The masters will add another 30-40,000 to my debt. Luckily the government has some special debt forgiveness programs for teachers. I will have to pay a set amount for 10 years and then the remaining debt will be wiped out. At least that is what is proposed.
