i've used malwarebytes and it never asked me to pay for anything.
have you tried avg?
try googling whatever message you get and sometimes you'll get forums with people who have worked through it.
that's what i did when i couldn't get rid of the trojans on the other pc, good luck.

seems like Jose sent me in the right direction with malwarebytes both error messages are gone for now, thanks man
