Before I went to the show the 03 got it's brake fluid changed. While I was at the show - I had to judge cause 60 cars showed up - My fiance put my new muffler on and took it off of jack stands. Now I have to get the car up on the lift and try and touch up the welds on the exhaust system.

Yes I'm a member of NMCOA's forum. But I haven't posted in a while. And I still need to become a paid member of the club.
I haven't gone to any meets unfortunately. I really need to and want to meet everyone in person. But I'm not really much on travelling. Especially since I'd have to go by myself. And my days off from work change from week to week.

haha chris, yha i was messing around with one of the photo editing programs on the computer and this is what i got. i agree its mega bright, i was just tired of the kinda dreary winter garage scene & wanted to brighten things up a bit. guess it worked, lol
and space, i just recently found out if i wanted to i could actually rent that old garage from the NPS ( national park service). right now its being used by a construction company doing some roadwork up the road a bit.

Heya everybody - again!
I survived my skate to and from work today - not quite as cool as 'Space showed it, but still a fun time (better on the way home - way more drunk). It hasn't been a crazy day yet, but better then average and I really appreciate the well wishes of my MCFamily, who I reflected on and thought about through my skate. Without making my reflections too long and sappy - at 35 (which I'm callin' the halfway point thru life), I'm pretty happy with where and who I am. I got some cool stuff too. I bet there's a few MCF member who want what I got. I'm keepin' it, but not cashin' in either!
I got no photo's, but I'm sure Amy`s got lots of this Vettefest...

Chevy Vettefest got bought by some other promoters - it used to be run by Mid America Motorworks and anything Chevy could enter. So now Chevy Vettefest is now only for Corvettes only.
They put on 3 shows in 3 different locations and the one in Chicago is in March and it's called World of Wheels. And I probably wouldn't do the World of Wheels. There is a big show here in Chicago in November and I think it's by invite only. My fiance might be invited with his L78 Chevelle - it depends on if this one person can't make it.

Taz, thanks for getting back to me about the (other) forum. my biggest problem is also the traveling alone thing, but I'm still going to try and make the nationals this year (fingers crossed)!
Brent, glad you survived the skate! I figure I'm a little bit past my half way point in life at 40!
Ryan, I hear you on the dreary winter pic, I still need to get some outside work done around the house nothing has been done yet since the snow melted a little over 2 months now!!!

wow, now I have the movie the green mile on, never seen it, kinda looks pretty crazy! I'll most likely fall asleep before the end, but I will catch it when it is on during the daytime? I hope everyone is having a peaceful saturday, see you all tomorrow....
