Well the verdict is not good. We laid off 41 teachers last year and they are talking up to 32 this year. I don't think we can run the district with that few of teachers. They are planning to start laying people off in November. Merry Christmas huh. They are not mentioning names yet but we wont get very far before we get to me. I would say it is 50-50 this year and maybe 20% job-80% no job next year.
Here is the deal. If I loose my Job the Monte is gone. This is one of the reasons I bought the suburban and wanted to get it running again. I am not going to stress as I have no control over the situation.

Happy Belated Birthday Matt.
Todd, really hope you're not on the list.
Where I work, November is usually the month of layoffs. Last year they laid off 25% of my department. Luckily for me, I didn't get hit. But if business doesn't pick up, I could be very soon. This year, the company did the layoffs in October.
