JJ, that sucks about the job situation. I know it's tough out there. And constantly moving really bites. Too many people all across the country are in the same boat. Keeping my thoughts and prayers for everyone.

 

Me and the wife moved from Michigan to Texas 2.5yrs ago for her job, I had to quit my union job in Mi. I worked at a bumper factory makin Ford f-150 bumpers, took me 4 months to find a job here, best of luck to anyone looking for a job it's tough out there.

JJ have you tried usajobs.com? There are several places around here in tennessee hiring. I don't know anyone personally.
Since you live in Vegas, why not try casinos and other places like that?

If worse comes to absolute worse, I can help you find a job here in Tennessee.

Or you could do like a guy I read about in chicago. He charges 5$ per month to pressure wash peoples trash cans once per month.

appt/house hunting wooo found a candidate $550 3br 1bath fenced back yard 1 car garage rent to own house in minneapolis(mineapolis is the downfall) or 3br 2bath 2 car garage in mapplewood $800 kind of weighing our options here

on a side note: I came home from work tonight to find out my brother, who left here a couple years ago is now back in town and staying here until whenever?? I guess he got fed up with his situation down in Florida and came back to Pittsburgh! He is here to see his daughters newborn child and his son, I'm guessing and then???? turning himself in for unpaid child support (yeah right)! It will be a fun next few days.... I have a feeling this is gonna get ugly around here!
