The tires won't be here in time for our next snow, but I will be good to go for the rest of the winter Todd? I'm just sick, I hate spending money when I don't really have it and my daughter would like an HD TV for Christmas but I guess this is what we all live for in life..... being in debt

Justin, the burban is back to running good, just waiting for the next no start before I get some stuff replaced. lol Have fun in the snow.

Chris, being in debt is the american way. I hope you are getting to spend some quality time with your daughter. As a child of divorce, I don't think I have ever recovered from my dad leaving and never calling again. He sends a message once every 4 years through my brother and we see each other at family funerals. Don't let your daughter drift away. Make sure you tell her and show her how important she is to you. Ok off my soap box now. On a side note what size are your current wheels?

Remember one thing about work. If you have No JOB. You have no TOY"S. Never be late. from a guy thats been on both sides. One as a hourly employee. Then a supervisor. I hated any one being late. Cause then you have to cover their job. And the people that always call in once a week. If you wanted the job when you came there. Then get there. Like the Marines say. No excuse is the best excuse! For most it's 8 HRS. Get there do it. Then play. No bragging or anything like it. Or am I preaching. But most younger guys & girls. Do not want to come to work. Partying is more important. Or your friends are. Here's a lifes lesson. No job! No Toy's... No job No friends. No one wants a mooch around. Everyone looks up to the guy or girl that has a job. A nice car. Has a little spending ca$h. So no matter what. GET TO WORK. This is coming from a guy that worked 10 to 12 hrs a day 7 days a week for month's on end. Yes it's hard to be a way from family & friends. But it doesn't last forever. It's really nice when you go out with friends or your girl friend. And you have the ca$h to buy nice things. Think about it. I hope I helped at least one of you. Or at least made you think about the next time your running late or want to call in.

Rick, you are so right. I was taught that if you had to be at work at 8 then that meant you were there ready to go at 7:45. When I was teaching we had to be there at 7:30 but I was always there by 7. It saved me a few times when I had forgotten about a meeting. They could then say hey are you coming, and I was like yup just finishing up. lol
