Thanks Space. I dont work weekends, unless there is something going on in the store. I dont think the people from the shop liked me cause i called twice and even stopped there to see about my car today. I'm like, its my car and i have the right to see how its coming along.

On another note. I just washed it and even gave it a quick pass with Meguire's Final Inspection. She be shiny now.

Hi Everyone...

JJ, I feel that one...I ordered my cold air induction 2 weeks ago, and they charged me for it 2 weeks ago, but I still havent got it. I've e-mailed the guy like 4 times, and now I just called and left him a message....I think i annoy him, but I really don't care...I think 2 weeks to ship something that you already charged someone for is way to long!

Damn it! Now im really annoyed myself....the guy just called me back and told me that my cold air won't even ship until sometime mid next week....He claims that he is waiting on an order or air filters to come in...and that they were supposed to come in two weeks ago, but now they are not coming in until the 1st on June....So in other words its not his fault, its the fault of the filter supplier....

I have to say, other members that order this box told me shipping took forever, and they had to bug the guy, now I totally know what they are talking about! Supposedly its a great product, but so far their customer service sucks!

Who said the customer is #1 and is always `right ?
Not in all business dealings 2day I don't know how some keep their business with their ~> I don't give a darn attitude.
Hope your calls don't go ignored & that you get your intake soon...Oh, that means pictures : ) Have a super weekend, and don't let the stress ruin your day/weekend... There are way to many that would love to trade you places....4-Sure, and they don't have a super Monte Carlo

LOL...I know right, what happend to good customer service....

I'm glad its the weekend (even though I don't get to install my intake) But at least that means this week is over with....and hopefully next week will be better!

And yea, your right, your so good at putting things in perspective...at least I have a Monte Carlo to put an induction on!

That sux man. I try to give my customers the same treatment and respect that i would want from a store. But its true, customer service is going out the window and its only getting worse. And the worst part yet, is that alot of customer service is now done outside the country with people that can bearly speak english.

True story.

I had to call Sprint customer service and all i got were people from another country. I got so frustrated trying to tell them what was wrong, that i started to talk like Apu from the Simpsons.......they understood me.


and yea Space.....i can see the sun reflecting of the hood......OH MAMA!!
