I really prefer the 3 and 4 speeds... 5 and 6 speeds are just too many choices for me.... I like it simple!

I learned to drive a manual in a '77 Subaru 4x4 station wagon when I was about 12 years old.

I learned on a 1980s dodge colt with a mechanical clutch, when I got my 90 S10 it was a Hydraulic clutch so I had to get the feel for it all over again.

Barovelli I tried to teach my wife too I ended up having to tell her to put the clutch in and shift from the passengers seat. That was my only attempt, Her dad taught her a few months later.
