Mad World - Tears For Fears
My Fiance bought a USB turntable to covert all of his vinyl to MP3s. Well, he has this album call The Hurting from Tears For Fears and one of the songs is called Mad World. We recalled that that song was redone by another artist and has been played on a local radio station. So, we went to iTunes to buy it and there was literally almost 100 different versions of this song. We were blown away becuase this was not one of the well know songs on the album. We sampled most of them and the majority of them were awesome! Now we have a tough decision as to which one's to buy.

Ya that's the version that we here on the radio. Another guy named Adam Lambert covered it too and that might be another well know version because he was on American Idol (I don't watch American Idol so I had no idea about this guy LOL)

Yeah, Amy, Adam Lambert covered it on AI ... and, even I must admit, it was an AWESOME version, imho, anyway. It was a "haunting" version ... and very cool ... if that makes any sense.
