leave it to a ford owner

I work at a popular gambling establishment. I (and all my co-workers) have been called everything under the sun.
Your incident at the drive thru sounds like a typical loud mouth. Talks tough, no guts, little brains.

I work in security, cause as you know that's the one job where you can get a first-hand peek at every other job in the casino (except surveillance). I initially thought I might enjoy dealing, but that's the firstthing I scratched off my list. I'm thinking about applying for a casino host position, but I just don't know if I want to be on-call 24/7. I've had the chance to apply for several security supervisor openings, but I would not want that job for three-times what it pays - too much like what I was doing before.
I've got a contact in surveillance, and he's been telling mewhat a great job that is. The problem is that once you work inthat position, you cannot transfer to any other job in the casino. I like the company, and I'm not sure that I'm ready to burn that bridge.
I understand exactly what you're saying about the casino biz, my friend. During my police career, I thought I had seen and heard it all - I was wrong.

Well, back to the subject of the thread. I've meta fewvery, verydangerous tough-guysover the years. Some werejust bad boys, some were Vietnam vets I knew during my military tour, anda fewwere cops. Interestingly, all of these guys had one thing in common - they didn't talk much.
