WowJuly 3rd already! They have been shooting off fireworks here the last couple of days hope you all are staying safe.
Car show coming up this weekend on the 5th I plan to try to get there. There are so few of them! Anyone that has been to a car show lately post some photo's.
Well, this is silly.
I sent in the registration for the black car, wanting to transfer the plates from the red car (which I was going to sell, or keep for parts -- ) and got a phone call from the DMV asking me "who did you sell the old one to?"
"Nobody yet -- might sell it or keep it for parts."
"Well, you can't keep it. You have to sell it or get new plates."
I guess they are worried about me swapping plates back and forth. I've never had so much as a parking ticket. The whole world seems to be crashing into the sun, all I want to do is keep my plates for my black car, and they're turning it into a federal case. (I just got those plates last fall, and the randomly assigned numbers/letters actually had meaning for me, which I thought was pretty cool.)
Guess I'm going to "sell" (on paper) my red car to my father. Stupid hassle for nothing.

Been a while, good afternoon guys. Chevrolet Nationals was a good time and the Monte looked good sitting inside as part of the 'featured vehicle display'. Even took a short walk around video (see below)

Wow the Month of July is going Fast!
It would be nice if the new members with problems took a few minutes to participate!! That's the friendly thing to do!
Well, 2020 sucks in terms of car shows/meets in my neck of the woods, due to what is going on around us. So having a few cars myself, i'm having my own shows, lol. Feeling very sorry
to all the ones that have their health affected. Let's hope for better times.
Haven't been to any car shows this year with any of my Vehicles. Most likely will not make any this year unless some of the COVID-19 rules are relaxed. Just staying home. But, on the other hand, I am getting a lot of "honey do" projects completed.
I been doing the Honey do list and it is pretty well caught up except for the most difficult projects.
I was able to go to 4 car shows so far and 2 of them were winners for me. There are 2 this weekend but I just going to one it's just hot.
Went to one that actually had 3 Monte Carlo's in it including mine. We were judged with the Stock and modified and the Category was 95 to present and a 2017 Corvette won first place.
The other one had 2 First gen Montes, and the other I was the only one. That one was a popularity vote by the participants and I didn't get anything.
Last weekend the 4th one the judges were looking over my car even crawled under it to check out the Stainless Cat back and complimented me on how clean it was under the car.
