My tittle is IT Support Analyst. What I do changes depending on which way the wind is blowing LOL. My company has about 275 employees in 9 Cities. WithIT staff of 4 (including Director)all based in the HQ. So we do it all end user support, Pulling cables in new office spaces, implementing new systems, setting up hd tv's in the CFO's mansion LOL, server maintanace and deployment, Audio/Video for the company's conferences, database scrubbing, and so much more.

And I love it.

Well as the old saying goes,

"Find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life"!

I work for UPS. Nine years now. I'm a supervisor, so I'm not allowed to touch the packages. I get to yell at the people who do touch the packages. (to date I have yelled at very few employees)

So much for the Marketing degree I got.

Unemployed currently. Have my MCSE, A+, and Network+ plus Associates Degree. Roughly 10 years experiance and I just cannot find a damn thing.

Employers all of a sudden got really **** in my area and NEED that Bachelor's Degree.

Currently persuing my SQL certification MCTIP and MCSA degrees as well as CCNA. I really need to pick back up because all I did recently was work at a cable company supporting cable modems but they never gave me the title of Admin for working on all their Email and database projects. Not happy with them at all.
