i dont want my exhaust fluid done, i wanted me headlight fluid changed....

It's buyer beware.... It sucks, but we as consumers need to pay attention to what we do with our money.

I think the district manager dug himself a BIGGER hole by claiming he was NOT the DM. Seriously, that's not going to help your case!

I'll change it for you but there's an extra disposal fee for the mercury in the light
