I use a deflector shield during really hot days. It's one of those flexible material ones that looks like tinfoil. But I use the visors to hold the deflector in place. So the visors take the weight off the mirror.

Yeah, I had a question. Does anyone else have a problem with the air in your monte not doing much cause your dash gets sooo hot?? I mean anyone without black interior, does your dash get so hot that you cant even touch it?

.....106 degrees Today !

Iv'e been thinking about getting tint for my MC but since I only drive it on weekends and it stays covered up; I may not do it ?
However a black dash/interior does take longer to cool off.

I have a white car, with tan leather interior and I live in Mississippi...the past 3 weeks every day has exceeded 95 degrees in temperature, yesterday and today both topped 100, and it's still hot in my car, black on black? I might have burns on my body.
