Here is a little trick you can try before you do a clean wipe. I stumbled on it afew years ago when I got hit hard and heavy. Get all of your updates for all of your anti-virus software, ad ware etc. Even if it doesn't let you install them get them then shut off your computer and unplug it from the internet. Turn your computer back on and install the updates and run the software. I found that without the internet it is alot easier to remove this programs and when your computer is up and running again shut it down and plug it back into the internet. I hope this helps.

Run this on it and see if it'll get it. I had one that was really malware and not a real virus. It wanted me to buy something to get rid of it, LOL
I use the Malwarebytes and KasperskyInternet Security on both of my computers.

I would just go on "CNET.COM" go to the downloads area of the site and download AVG anti virus its free and one of the best on the market right now along with Avast. Both are free. The other thing you need to get is a registry cleaner to clean out the spyware and other stuff. I would try "Advanced SystemCare" from CNET.COM also. Install and run both of those to see if that works and if it does not reply again I will see if I can help you.
