Default Hydrogen Fuel ?

Hydrogen Fuel ? Has chevy,ford,etc........ Made a successful engine yet?

I think proto types have been built and they have a ton of research on it.

However, do not look for Hydrogen to hit the market anytime soon. As long as there is money to be made in oil any new energy source will be dismissed until fossil fuel dollars run out.

actually hond has one and they are testing it with government officials in japan

Do you think the technology will be allowed to reach production in the US in the near future?


We (The USA) could have/should have been on the front line with new energy research and technologies. Our energy sector (Big Oil Companies) have too much influence upon our society from the governing level that puts the brakes on anything they see as a threat to current and future income.


The only way new technology of any sort is taken seriously IMO is if it will benifit those that already corner the maket in regards to expendable/renewable engery.

Asian markets see the bigger picture and are taking steps to find other energy sources to support growth.

well the only prob they were having so far was effecincy the cars were only getting about 200 miles per tank of fuel so i think they were looking at ways to make the cars more efeicent any they cost about 200k a pop to produce sio i think that is a factor why we havnt seen any yet
