Hmm I think the chart is up for debate... I know there is a general scale but everyone is different. At 5'6" I weight between 120-124; 124 being my "ideal" weight.

I used to use a personal training and did all the body mass measuring etc... But great chart for people to kind of get an idea where to go.

I think it's important everyone get a personal check up to find out their "Key" weight for their body type.

Since becoming a Vegetarian I've actually been maintaining a healthier weight holding me closer to 124 instead of bouncing from 115-120 when I ate meat.

I need to lose weight, lol, even when I was seriously in to lifting weights and exercising daily for years I could never maintain an optimal body weight. I have always been "big" always biggest in class in school (not extreme fat like the guy on the bike in zippy's post lol, just a big guy) I also know now that diabetes had a lot to do with my weight gain recently as my sugar was so high everything I ate was being turned in to storage as my body thought I was already getting enough, but it's been on the decline lately as I've gotten everything under control and am eating a lot healthier and exercising more

I want to get back down to my Marine Corps weight.Right now I'm at 190 at 5'8"
The most I ever weighted was 225 till a little trip to the hospital took about 25lbs out of me.
My ideal weight is 175.Thats what it was in the Corps.I'm not that big either just got a little gut I want gone

From your photo's at the car show George you seem to be in great condition...

I need to get things under control more. I'm 6ft and hitting 197, need to be about 180 - 185, In the Army I was about 175, lean mean fighting machine.

Wish I looked something like this guy does here, would take a lot of work.
