ill give myself a B. do to the gas industry slowing down it has really hurt the wife and i financially but we are doing what we need to keep plugging away. hoping it comes back around long enough to pay things off and buy our "forever" home. once that is done then i will consider myself in A standing. (even though technically i probably should consider myself in A standing currently, i am hard on myself lol)

Wow, I am not sure how to do that. So I am going to vote sometime when I understand it a little better.
But in retrospect I enjoy doing things for folks some who are appreciative and some not so much.
I enjoy my family and friends and fellow Monte enthusiasts.
I enjoy some of the simple things, that life has to offer.
I miss watching my favorite driver winning or losing races.
I miss being at home to enjoy the things around the house.
I enjoy helping folks recover from .........................................?
I miss the Monte and driving that, not as much as I would like.
I wish I would have worked with better managers during my career.
I hope to cross paths with some of the bozo's that have made my life edgy.
I wish that all the bad guys will give it up and be nice or fall in a deep hole.
I am glad to be a believer in Jesus.
I pray for strength.
I thank God for all my blessings.
And finally I pray that the Good Lord will bring some PEACE to the world.

Today I have to rate it a C some days it's an A for sure
I promised the IT director I would stay with the company at least until the end of the year.
We are undergoing a software platform change. I am not really part of the new implementation team. I am the "Maytag repairman" for the old EDI system (Iam the only one that knows it on the old platform)
I work from home 4 days a week. Take my laptop and cell phone out to the garage and standby for issues on the old systems or questions by the new implementation team on how we did things in the old system; while I detail the Camaro or wife's car. Work days are boring as all get out.
I have been with the company for 17 years and always been the "Goto guy" for EDI and other shipping programs not anymore. Guess I feel like an old plow horse being let out to pasture today, other days I fell ok about it. Must because I am another year older today
Why the IT director wanted me to commit to stay on until the end of the year or longer if the implementation took longer I'll never know. But now I am bound by my promise. any way the $$ pays for Camaro Mods. They are behind schedule and it looks like they wont be done until next summer (I may have to tell them I want to retire b4 summer)but do my promised end-of-year commitment (all verbal nothing on paper)
Done with my rant for today. Thanks for the thread to post in

I had my share of mistakes during my young and dumb days, especially decisions I made when there was a woman involved. I still feel the effects of some of those decisions. But there are some people I wouldn't have met as well. I'd still rate it a C based mainly on poor decision making on my part when I was younger.

Well I have had 2 wives. I have 4 beautiful healthy children. I am 50 and I get up every morning before sunrise and head to work. I do not take any meds and have no medical issues.
And I have a cool Monte! I thank God for all my gifts! I rate my life an A!

I'll go with a B. Pretty good life. With the promotion i just got it puts my foot in the door for a great Career. The Monte is looking and running great. Amanda and I are going on 9 years strong with no issues. No complaints really other than everyone could use some more $ in their life
