Interesting articles, but there is a risk with anything you do in life. I've been consuming 1 raw egg every day since I was 13 years old. I have never contracted any food borne illnesses and my cholesterol levels are well within safe levels. All my physicians are aware of it and none have suggested that I stop.

Yes, I believe there are risks everyday in ones life, and some are in our control & some are not ?
Why did you start at age 13 eating raw eggs ? Just curious ? Do you like the taste ?

I'm just happy/thankful that we have choices...to eat or not to eat..
No `eggs > No Life > It all `Ends 4-Sure....

 

It began with a suggestion from a coach at school. There's really no taste involved - just tip your head back and let it slide on down.
