But yeah I agree with ya man, I like to have a little rubber to protect my investment. Besides, I can feel enough bumps on the roads around here without needing to amplify it by cutting the absorption of the rubber into a fraction. I must say that I do really like my 18s and don't plan on going any bigger.

 

I honestly think 18's would have been a better choice. On these cars you can still get 18's with some decent rubber protecting them.

I agree with OAC. 18s would be perfect. Hell, I might copy you and get a set of those in 18 inches. Hope you do not mind? I am just kidding, but I do really like them a lot.

 

18 plus ssc lowering springs. not a fan of stick on hood scoop either they look too tacky

 

ok. wtf? I was just showing off my rims, i get repeatedly told that they are too small. I had enough money for those. I am 17, not much money here. I know 18's were a better choice, but i could only find them in17's, and it took me forever to find this rim.

as for the hood scoops, they came with the car, i hate them too! i just don't have the money for the realhood that i like.

Hey, relax! Nobody is hating on them. Everyone thinks they look great. Whats an inch? is 18>17, yes, but they are very nice wheels. Like I said, I have been looking at them too. Do not worry about the 18 inch comments.

Remember, we are talking about wheels, not our junk.

If you had the faux hood scoops, take them off. What would it take, 20 minutes? It would enhance the look of the car and cost you nothing. Win, win!
