I joined a few months after I got my 06 Monte.
I hit the search button and bingo this site was on top of the list
I signed up..... and I pop in every now and then when i get a chance to add my two cents.

I was searching for Monte Car Clubs and happened on a few other Monte sights first but they were specific to 70's and 80's Monte's. After awhile on these sights I found this and two other Monte sights that group the 6th Gen in there discussions.
we should probably pin this topic so when new members sign up they can post in here how they found us, help us out a bit in knowning what seems to work and waht don't
I googled too, but I wasn't into fourms until I got my 05 Mustang, then joined acouple of those forums and then I wanted to find a Monte Carlo forum. I had no desire to join a Mini Cooper forum though.
Looks like "By accident" get's the most votes so far.
I was looking for Bambi the Love Nymphs web address and found thislisted? Say what?
Actually I believe Cort had posted about it (and 300 other Monte web sites) on NMCOA. One night I decided to try a few of the links he'd posted and found MCF.
I was already a member when I purchased my '06 LTZ last fall. The 2000MC, this web site, and the fact I'd driven a '06 Monte months earlier all helped make my decision to buy an '06 Monte.

I have a 73 Corvette and often check things out on corvetteforum.com. After getting the MC, I thought "I wonder if there is a montecarloforum.com?". Typed it in and here I am.

Kind of funny Cort. Cause I joined MCF and told everyone you had mentioned the site and that's how I found it. They all welcomed me with open MonteCarlo doors. I mean arms. Open arms.
Then I found out you weren't a member yet? [sm=icon_rofl.gif]

I was looking for a **** site... Saw this picture of an alien nailing this hot blond in the back seat of a Monte Carlo, and while doing his thing, the alien was tatooing the chicks butt with www.montecarloforum.com using finger, well I had to check it out to see what other crazy stuff these guys were doing. Well... I found that alien dude... but he is a lot more conservative on this site -- than the **** site I found him on... well since I owned a SS, I figured I stick around and chat...
That's my STORY... Want another???
