looks good Mike, I like how the exhaust looks in teh rear and interior loks really clean. Gotta love T-tops. I always wanted a purple muscle car-oh wait-do I have one now or not????

 

A quick wet sand and buff will take care of some of the paint fade. I love the color! Congrats Mike!

 

Awesome deal Mike! I could list some Camaro-ish mods for ya, but again, not scope of why you got this car.

Just PRAY you NEVER, EVER need to do head gaskets on that 3800!! The lift bracket in the back on the right side makes getting the valve cover off a HORRIBLE pain in the butt (been there helping a friend wrench on his girlfriend's 4th gen v6 last year).

I could try a walk around video some time. I know I need to clay and wax it and get a photoshoot. Amy I will have to look into wetsanding and such. Paint/Body work is not my specialty lol.

I hope I don't have to do much to this engine Jason. Gaskets or anything lol. Oil changes look super easy though :p. The filter is JUST there when you pop the hood and look down haha.

 

Bought some Compound, Polish, and new Wax today. Going to shoot for getting some of the fading paint without wet-sanding. I really am not comfortable wet-sanding.

I'll try to do some before and after shots.

Well, Chibi, the purple is beautiful! I HIGHLY doubt you'll ever see another on the road like yours!! And, since you started us out...Now, I believe it's about time we all follow suit and buy camaro's!!!

I'm actually very, VERY interested in a nice Dodge RAM 1500 Ext. Cab he's got sitting down there...with winter creeping up on us, it looks like a solid investment, if I didn't have so much tied up in the Monte still.
