In fact, yes it it. I asked the fellow there how they did it and they explained that they built a wire frame and glued the legos around it.

We are only about 20 miles away from the world famous Legoland that Homer simpson made famous in the "Blockoland" episode.

Wiz, there are several vendors here selling Potter licensed products like tha Valdemort in the pic, but I haven't been able to locate a purely Potter booth for you.
