If the Easter Bunny was a little late getting to your house, I may know something about it?

My cat Smeekers brought the Easter Bunny home saturday evening about 5:50pm or so.

(and yes I did make him leave it alone)

More like Mr. Spoiled. You never heard a cat with as big a mouth as he has.

He's 13 this year. Someone dumped him off one friday night at my house in may of 1996. I was out in the year on saturday and I kept hearing this cat crying. Every time I walked to edge of the yard it stopped. So it took a while to realize someone stuck him in a tree we used to have and left him.

AWWW!! who would do such a thing!!! it amazes me that people can be so cruel to animals. when i went shelter hunting a couple years ago when i decided to get a cat, i left a couple of them close to tears because i wanted to take every single cat and dog (and a couple birds even!) home with me. there was a commercial on a couple months back (around xmas time i think) with sarah mclachlan talking about adopting animals. i literally had to change the channel every time it came on because it made me so sad to see all those poor animals without a happy home. rj you're awesome for taking that poor cat in as your own! it's hard not to spoil them isn't it!!

Smeekers wasn't old enough or big enough to be able to climb out of the tree himself when someone dumped him off.

That's how I wound up with Chelsea cause someone dumped her off too. She is 20 this month.

The vet told me once he never heard a cat talk as much as Smeekers does. Not the loud annoying noises they make when they're hungery, or want out, or want in, or want you to pay attention to them. It's a softer chatter that he'll carry on for several minutes.
