Halloween Photo contest
The theme for this contest will be
"Fall and after Halloween"
most everyone has a photo of some sort during trick or treat.
(Miss Barb p343) had this idea in 2016 and this is a variation of it in her Memory.

Get out those photo's have fun with your
Monte or in the fall air.
Capture the essence of the season and/or the holiday and the beauty of your Monte.
As usual, you need you Car in the photo you can use any photo of Your Car (Monte Carlo) to participate
editing IS allowed with this contest.
So go crazy with your layers, filters, and whatnot
Should be a fun way to play along.
Submissions will be accepted through next Sunday November12, 2017.
This will give everyone a chance to get out there and get creative with their Monte and their editing software!!
we will enter the first 10 submissions you can enter multiple times up to 3.

Call me old school, but I got no time to play with editing even if it is allowed. I prefer to "stage" and photo. I barely had time to snag some pics, but I got one that was good for the theme "After Halloween"
And that was it for the season. Cuz after Halloween, I lock the BudChev up for the winter. And it is done. I did have time to snag a couple more pics that should make decent Christmas pics to - I'm savin' those for later

Wow we were kinda thinking the same thing here.
I took along a Pumpkin I carved for the front step and set it up on the hood.
Just about didn't have time to get this done.
A friend had passed and I had to help arrange some stuff for an Honor Guard.
Anyway I got 1 with the cover almost and one without the cover.
We will definitely have a Christmas theme photo contest. I think in the past we have had a couple of fellows who get the Monte out for a Christmas Parade.

Good one! I shoulda thought to put the pumpkin in. I still have a couple, which I leave to rot in my garden. I don't think handling them now would be a good idea anyways

This was the first time I have ever been there, mostly cause I was always gone for work.
This place was huge and they had multiple patches that you drive out to, on dirt roads and gather up what you want. Then it's like a good will offering to pay for the stuff and they donate it to charity.
One of the Pumpkins we got turn to mush with in a few days after we brought it home and set it out.
They had some beautiful Indian corn as well I got about 6 ears and the Raccoons just cleaned them up in no time.
My son takes his 2 little girls out there to gather up Pumpkins and they have a ton of fun.
