RE: The great Boyd C. is gone
While I wasn't a fan of everything he did, I do like most of his work.
The auto industry has lost a great visionary in custom design.
Boyd Leon Coddington (August 28, 1944 - February 27,2008)

RE: The great Boyd C. is gone
this a truley Sad day in automotive history.
I have met him and his wife Jo. and actually seen his shop in Ca.
It was one of the best experinces i had had for a long time. he was a very personabel person.
easy to talk with. demanded the best form his crew and gave them teh same in return.
Im truly sorry to hear of this and comes a complete and total shock to me to hear of this.

Son of a *****!!!! He was one of the reasons I got into cars while watching American Hot Rod.
Words can't even describe how shocked and sad I am now. We lost a true master of Hot Rodding.
