Default Glad To Have The Pace Car Back

Well so far so good.

I just hope the stupid passlock system problem is gone for good.

And the $500 it cost to get the car repaired seemed kind of excessive. But we couldn't even get the car to start. So the dealership had to do the work.

I've had the passlock system repaired 3 times so far. Last time I was stranded at Staples, and had to call a tow truck. Stupid system.

Glad to hear you Pace Car is back in action RJ!!!

And it does suck the issues some people have had with the anti-theft systems in them. Sad when the system fails.

If mine ever fails, I'm probably going to do a lot of research to finally bypass the thing.

Glad you have the car back and can enjoy it now

Stupid triple A made me wait first on the tow truck driver to TRY TO START THE CAR, then wait more cause I had to call back and open a new road service order to get the car flat bed towed to the dealer.

Over 2 hours total.

Thank you to my parents for including me on their Triple A membership.

I did find a passlock bypass on the net. I'm just reluctant to try it cause I just know it'll screw up and the car will now be a 3400 pound paper weight.

SURE! We'll have the Pace car and my '06 LTZ Monte there.

I can't wait.

We were thinking with the Nats in Richmond we may drive over wednesday evening in my '86 LS Monte. Spend the evening, drive back home, and come back with the other two Montes the next day.

I need to get my girlfriend Deb out of the Pace car. with my other daily driver still out of action she's been driving the Pace car daily. I don't want the women she works with to tear the Pace car up. Like they have the daily driver car.
