I actually almost posteed this '93 Chevy truck on Craigslist as "Too bad to lie about".... has a bad rod knock in the engine.

I agree those stockers are ugly, but I'm with Taz, if I was going to try and sell mine, I'd try and say the good stuff and if people want to know why I replaced them, numerous polite things to say....
- "I got bored with them"
- "found something I liked better".
- you could even say "they don't appeal to me"
But to flat out say they are ugly, yeah, now people will look at them that way. Face palm indeed.

 

Well, at least the guy is honest. If I was going to keep my 05 for a long time and if the chrome wasn't already peeling - I would totally buy these for winter rims.

 

i find the orignal funny but also find it true that people do ask why are you selling these? explains it well enough but not sure if that will get them sold

 

Maybe he could have sold them because, "...the police like them too much. They keep stopping me and giving me a piece of paper with their name, and the date and time they saw them."

Really though, those rims are ugly. At least he aint lyin
