Good morning, MCF!
The car shopping for my daughter is stressing me out.... I think we're down to two finalists... The Honda HR-V and the Buick Encore. We went to check out a Chevy Trax, but discovered that the Encore had a 20% discount and a much stronger warranty, so it went to the forefront... I'm not really a Buick fan unless it says GNX or Grand National on it somewhere, but she needs something like this for my two young grandsons...

Good morning guys. Encore, hands down. Honda has some of the ugliest vehicles.
Got a new dishwasher the other day - went with a Kenmore. We'll be installing tomorrow. We've been doing other odds and ends around the house lately too to wrap up some things that still need to be done. We also picked up some nice area rugs to protect the new hardwood floor.
Michigan plays Penn State tomorrow!

I'm pushing her toward the Encore. A) It has a much better warranty. B) It does not have a CVT transmission... The car that this one will replace has 91K miles, and is in need of its THIRD CVT transmission.... She purchased it brand new in 2010...
