I'm whipped. I've been working double duty the last couple of days. Last September I got a new job as a Custodian for the school board, but I never really let the parts store go. I had to resign as manager, but I've been working there on Saturdays and since the Custodian gig is afternoons, I work the parts store in the mornings when they need me (vacations, illness, etc.) Eventually I'll let the parts store go, but it's part of me. I just realized that I've been working there for 10 years now - I started the day after Father's Day in '06. The Custodian gig pays more, better benefits, more room to advance or move around and it has a good pension. But it's a lot like mopping floors and cleaning up crap. I like the parts store more.
In total, that was a 13 hour work day today. I only have a half day at the parts store tomorrow, then week-end...
