Good Morning forum! It is Friday for sure. Gotta get my house chores done, car washed, and then put a storm door up for my sister. Might keep me busy for a while.
Mike-hope your turns into a great one for you!
Suppose to be in upper 40's here.
Check back later.

Morning All,
Nice start to the day. Good riding weather, but I had to take my son's old car to work today. Need to run by our mechanic to have the 'Check Engine' code read.
Also time for me to order a bunch of parts in preparation for fixing a lower intake manifold gasket leak. I'll replace upper/lower manifold gaskets as well as valve cover gaskets. Now I have to find the time to do it.
Happy Friday!

Morning all.
Kinda disappointed that I found out yesterday that the company I've been interviewing with doesn't pay well (at least to start). I should be making so much more money than I am for the 16 years I have worked in this industry! If I get offered the job I probably still will take it and pray that there is advancement. The insurance starts right away so that's a plus - and I will be saving money on gas cause it's only 7 miles from my house. Anything is better than what I am doing now - which is a major joke!

Amy I'm sorry to hear about the paycut. Our industry is pretty much like that all around though, usually they hire new people just because they got rid of the old to save money
I'm sure you can work your way up though.

Happy friday MCF!
I got a surprise from a friend of mine. He found a bunch of pictures he took at Michigan International Speedway many, many years ago. Included in them were a couple pics of Dale Earnhardt circa 1980, driving a blue and yellow #2 second generation Monte Carlo.
