update from Thrusday night. The baby sitting went great. We had a Riot. The grand kids and I were rolling around on the floor tickling each other. Dogs got in on the action also. The had some meat lovers pizza from Pizza Hut great stuff but costly for a large $ 15.00. Then had to drive my grand daughter to basketball practice and pick her up. My grandson and I watched some tv and talked about a number of things. GREAT KIDS. I love them to pieces. Then off to bed after a snack. My daughter and her husband got home around 11:30. They both ahve to work today. My daughter is lucky. She gets to work from home today. My son in law has to go in. . Why do they have the Christmas party on a Thrusday night??? Instead of a fri night..

First:

Grand kids are great aren't they??? I get to see mine in Kansas this christmas Ashlyn is 3 Triston is 6. We have never seen them at Christmas yet so really looking forward to it.


Second:

Why do we have the party Thursday instead of Friday?
I don't want to sound unapreachative but our managment is geeky and put off reserving the resteraunt till the last minute so I guess they took any day they could get.

Our parties have downsized a LOT since i started 12 years ago.

Well I have here at work since 5am opening up the # 1 chiller today to punch the tubes

Hey Tad. Why is it our grand kids get away with more then our own kids use to ha ha ha ha. yeah your right they are great. Their the reason we wait till after Christmas to leave for warmmer weather. Can't miss them opening their gifts. And I thought we spoiled our kids. My daughters are worst then we were. But they both are in a good place to do that. Both have GREAT paying jobs. Both being directors of they're companys. I tease them that they still owe me some $$ for the phone bills they had growin up. But it doesn't work

 

OH OH. I think i'm going to be in TROUBLE this morning when Angie sees that I posted in her Blue letters. But I was trying to make a point how cold it is here. BRRRRRR !

 

Looks like Angie and a few other are sleeping in the am. Under the warm covers. Can't blame them. Only reason I'm up is feeling a little under the weather. Must be too much pizza or junk food last night.

 

I have been playing catchup with my daughter Rick.
Her mom divorced me back in 1990 (I couldn't get along with with her boy friend ) they left the state and moved to Kansas. So I missed out on a lot of my daughter's growing up some of it was my fault for being so angry at her mom.

But anyway thanks to Ronda my current and last wife my daughter and I are getting close again) Ronda and Renee are really close and good friends.

Life turns out good eventually.

 

GOOD TO HEAR THAT Tad. Speaking of Christmas partys earlier. My son in laws party was at "FAMOUS DAVE'S". Man I love that place. Their ribs are great. I told the kids I was going with thier mom & dad instead of wacthing them. They both said oh no were going with you grandpa. ha ha ha ha So we settled for pizza I know there a few of them in Michigan. I visit one when i hit around my old stomping grounds. MM MM good
