I'm sure it'll be back down in a month or 2, the glue i've been using is silicone based, next time it comes off i'm getting an epoxy.

How long do you let the metal piece cure before you put the mirror back on?

On a side note, I'll be swapping shift ***** in the Trans Am tonight...

From the stock 'H' Hurst shift ****:



To a C6 Corvette stock shift ****:




Soaked it in conditioner/cleaner all last night and now it looks good. I want to do the same to the leather **** in the Monte as well
