How much longer do you plan on being there? How long is the program? In my opinion, management experience is experience, no matter how briefly lived. You might learn some pretty cool things! Plus I know how life can be, I think that you should do it in case something comes a long you didn't expect, you have a fall back plan as the dep manager.

Not sure how long the program is, but I plan to work where I am atleast til I graduate college which is another 1.5 years or so. But that's a good point, experience is experience. And I was also thinking that, it would be a good back up plan. I think i'll jump on board.

With a year and a half left I think that that is a great idea! Nothing in life is certain except for the fact that you will pay taxes, die, and wish you had Tony Stark's Life. Not necessarily in that order :P
