That's a cool pic, Keane. I just checked status on the interior upgrade I picked up for the Monte and UPS should have the package at my doorstep on Wednesday. Even though the shipping time is reasonable why is it that when you're waiting for a package to arrive it seems like it can never get here quick enough?

 

Agreed mike, always anxious waiting for stuff:p Im probably gonna be ordering stuff too, need fog lights and some HID high beams.

Back from Old Chicago. Watching the Braves game now.

 

Sittin here thinking, first week of nights is done. My only worry was that i wasn't working fast enough but the guy in charge said i was doing good. Not to mention come 7:30 we werent finished and most of the guys just bailed and walked out. I stayed until we were done, only 4 stayed out of the 7-8 or so.

 

Keane, hang in there man, you have to do it to prove to yourself that you can...change sucks, but that's the change you need........Most young adults your age don't understand the value of a dollar and I'm sure you see that all the time. Working and going to school will make you appreciate things more.........

 

Yea alot of the managers are cosntantly complaining that kids have no work ethic, they have a bad problem with kids not showing up, which is what happened last night.

 

Keane, just keep plugging away man, you're gonna be working for the next 40+ years of your life, things will get better for you....... ups and downs, we all have them, if you were a total idiot, you would have never found this forum.... Hang in there!

 

Honestly though this job as many pluses for me. Pay will go up, there is absolutely 0 frustration (maybe a box wont open or i cut my finger) Where as being a cashier i'd go insane, and im sure the physical work will benefit me too. I realize i should only move up in the job world and im sure in time i will. If i was an idiot, yes i wouldn't have found this place but i also wouldn't have a computer in a fish tank
