Not sure how good they are. But I wear my KD's all the time. Been wearing these since I started ridin Harley's. That a long time. Never leave home without them. I too don't like the air bags in my car. I feel just as safe in my 70 Chevelle with none ! Damn goverment

 

No way can you mention the phrase "Cheap Sunglasses" and not think about ZZ Top. I remember all the videos back when MTV had music videos.

Anyway - I gots to wear prescription glasses to see the cars ahead - they only auto-tint when in direct sun. Better reason to keep the sunroof open.

 

I too have to wear glasses so I can see beyond the end of my nose. It is a hell of a long nose at that. Anyway I've been wearing glasses since I was thirteen. This year at work they instituted a new safety policy concerning safety glasses. It basically says if you work in engineering and are in an engineering area you have to wear safety glasses or be subject to reprimand including termination. Mickey Mouse will fire my *** if I don't wear safety glasses. Because I work in engineering and engineering maintains all areas of parks, hotels, and access ways, if I don't have my safety glasses on every minute I am at work I am subject to discipline. I just went and had my regular glasses turned into safety glasses. They also are photogray so I have all the bases covered with one pair of glasses that I wear all the time except when asleep. Just easier that way.
I am glad to see I'm not the only one who doesn't want or like air bags. I want to disable them in every vehicle I own that has them.

 

I wear my tinted safety glasses from work and lots of people seem to like the comfort of them...

 

I wear prescription sunglasses cause I'm soooo nearsighted. All of my glasses have polycarb lenses.

 

I have the automatic tint in my prescription glasses. But I do wear cheap sunglasses I got from walmart, whenever I have my contacts in.

 

I always thought that the auto-tint glasses were cool! Can you notice the change in light?

 

After a while, you get used to it. I don't really notice the transition anymore. I will say this to anyone thinking about it. Cold temperature makes it go dark too for some reason. Kinda funny actually. When I open the freezer, my glasses change color.
