I'm posting this here, also:

SORRY if this adversely affects any members, and I'm SURE it will, but I can't reserve the pavilion I want to use, without camping out in it (figuratively speaking). So I was more comfortable in bumping this back a month, to the middle of June, hopefully after MOST of the graduations are done. But I was able to reserve the #1 pavilion, and if we can get the #2 pavilion instead, great, but at least we have the main one reserved.

So the NEW date is now Saturday June 16, 2012, and I have it reserved between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, so I'm still looking at a 10:00 to 3:00 or so meet and greet potluck picnic.Bring sandwiches, salads, or whatever, or I THINK I can get pizzas delivered from several of the pizza places in town.

So again, sorry if this messes up the plans for some of you, but I just wasn't comfortable the way it was. IF we have a good turnout, I will bump it back up a month for next year, to get ahead of the graduation and summer thing that messes up every ones plans.
