Dash Problems

You could try to use a heat gun and reshape it back into place but I think a replacement is your only hope. Then I would get a windshield shade to deflect some of the suns heat. You could also try to park in the shade and leave the windows cracked a bit in the summer.

A hair dryer would work probably, but you're just going to rip it, just go find another piece from a yard if possible, it's a cheap vinyl so it will probably tear before it stretches back into place

Wow thats pretty strange to see it so warped and shrunk like that....
Id definately just get a boneyard replacement....I dont think theres no way in heck a heat gun or hair dryer is gonna make it stretch back that much....
Just out of curiosity....have you replaced the radiator in that Monte yet...(with that amount of mileage)....If your haveing over heating concerns....
I replaced mine about a year ago..(150k)..and my temps immediately dropped...whether its normal traffic, heavy traffic or just idleing...My temps stay cool!
Just a little FYI
