Getting ready to go to a carshow 50 miles away damn thats a long drive for the SS

Good morning all. I am sitting here guarding an empty building for at least the next hour. It's going to be a pretty chill day. It may pick up a little bit later, but at the moment I am enjoying life.

I dont think the car shows have started here yet, at least I haven't heard of any. I am excited, gettin the wheels mount in about an hour or so. I know I have promised pics of my uncles Corvette, I just havent had time or a chance to get some good ones. Doors were always open or hood or something was goin on with it. We should have it done today. Ny brother has one more door panel to install and I made an error when installing the carpet. I forgot to remount the drivers side seat belt thing to the floor so he could attach his shoulder belt. Imagine getting done and then seeing that part laying there. DUH. So I have to remove the seat again I think to be able to get to that arear and reinstall it. Brain fart. I will get some pics. It is yellow with custom striping and the original yellow lettered 15 tires.

I have Monday off, so I'm going to find a U-Pull It style junk yard. I would really like to get my hands on an LS intake manifold. I am tired of having to hide mine under the engine cover.
