Anyone with a salvage liscense can get a salvage certificate for it, which is necessary to have before you can apply for an R title after the repairs are done. Still not worth picking up to fix IMO. Boy is that interior nice tho....

Yeah, if you are looking for a Montecarlo to be a donor car or project car, check out what I've found. They seem to have good items: Chevrolet Montecarlo for sale
