Cold Air Inductions Rocks!

Cold Air Inductions Rocks!
I HIGHLY recommend Cold Air Inductions for an intake purchase, they are a good company with a lot of class that stands behind there product, and has excellent customer service.
I was contacted directly by the owner of Cold Air Inductions by a PM on this forum. He wanted to know about my bad experience with the purchase on my CAI from MPD, Inc. I told him the whole story, and why I was so unhappy, and he took it upon himself to get me a refund for the difference in price from buying directly from him (Cold Air Inductions) and buying from MPD.
I told him that the only reason I went to MPD in the first place instead of buy directly from him was because MPD sold the intake including the coupler...But as you all know, MPD never gave me the coupler (which it turns out it is not needed). However, if I would have know MPD was not giving me the coupler in the beginning, I would have just bought from Cold Air Inductions directly and saved myself a few bucks. After telling everything to Cold Air Inductions, he said he was truely sorry for the experience I had, and personally would refund me the difference. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
COLD AIR INDUCTIONS IS A GREAT COMPANY! I RECOMMEND BUYING INDUCTIONS DIRECTLY FROM THEM!!!

Totally! Its nice to know that at least the manufacture of my CAI is GREAT, and that he stands behind his product!
As I've said before, I have always been happy with the product itself, it is great, and good quality!

LOL!!!
I figure it was the right thing to do...since I told all of you about my horrible experience with my CAI coming from MPD, Inc. I thought its only right for me to tell everyone that Cold Air Inductions did his best to make the problem right!

JJ??? Is that really you?
That's great that CAI stepped up and made things right for ya. It's nice to see a company that still cares about customer service.
But to be honest, I don't think anyone here faulted Cold Air Inductions for your problems. I think we all understood that it was MPD that was causing your problems.
Glad things turned out well in the end!

Or am i the guy with a handle-bar mustache and is looking for veggies.
Sometimes it all depends on which voice is louder at the moment.
