Default FINALLY got my CAI from Cold Air Inductions!

About a MONTH after ordering, it finally shows up!

Now, its 8pm and starting to darken outside.

How long of an install does this normally take?

And, as a complete side note... if I have two pieces of salmon, about an inch thick, how long should I grill it? I've seen online anywhere between 10-30 minutes. And do I leave the skin on? Or take it off?

Leave the skin on for sure. It will hold it together. Grill it until you can flake it apart with a fork, no longer or it will dry out. Remove the skin before you eat it.

Underdone is better than over done for any fish worth eating. If it looks done on the grill, it's over done. Carry over heat will finish it after you pull it from the grill. Grill it hot and quick, skin intact for the reason stated. Wow, didn't expect to answer a cooking question here! Ha!
