I know there was a bit of a fiasco with that website a few days ago... this is not a bashing thread, just a question of quandry for those who are members of that site and this one.
I have seen many modded grand prixs around my area and have been trying to become a member of that site for some time ( actually submitting my information several times a month) to see if I can form some kind of gtg to meet anyone that would be a local member of that site. (Assuming the modded gps here are members)
Does anyone have info on becoming a member there?

I joined ClubGP a while ago (the system is clunky and I don't think I could explain the process). My opinion is that the forum software looks to be a bit old and out of date, but the site has pretty good activity. If you are selling W-body parts, that seems to be a "hot spot" to list them on.

Yeah their system is goofy. If I go to Clubgp and try to login on the main page it fails every time. I have to click on Forums at the top and then login on the forums page. You should try that. When I joined a few years ago I never got a confirmation email or anything I just one day tried to login and it let me.

I just signed up on ClubGP yesterday. It didn't send me a confirmation email either. And I even checked the spam folder just in case. When I signed up, the sign-up form said it takes 24 hours to 3 days before your account is approved.
Their forum layout kind of reminds me of MCF's old forum.
