   ZR1 and Z06 editions get their own performance packages with goodies such as cup wheels and ride control systems.

 

All the impala gets is a new mesh grille and engine choice? The thing needs a complete exterior revamp, or to be replaced by the Holden sourced Caprice.

 

The impala will be completely redone in 2013/2014 but will remain as a FWD so no holden based platform for it.

However there are rumors that the G8/Commodore will return but as a Chevelle during the same years.

It's no rumor that I want an el camino/ute but that probably won't come until after the above mentioned vehicle, along with a possible wagon version.

As for me, I will be starting a new job soon, one that requires driving instead of taking public transportation, so I may be looking into a DD such as the Cruze...

I'm not to picky with the car that will replace the 05 SS - a 2011 or newer Camaro V-6 2LT RS w/sunroof.
That would be very sweet if they brought back the Chevelle. Hot Rod made a Chevelle concept a couple of years ago and saw it a the 2004 Chevyvettefest.

I like the E- Rod sweet looking car.

 

X2. The Impala is SO overdue for a remodel. Hope the next design is a bit more interesting. It would be nice if it returned to using the 3 light taillight design of Impalas past.

I think it's a good idea that Chevy is thinking about a Cruze coupe. They need something to offer buyers who are considering a Civic coupe.
