I've always been curious on how Turtle shoes were created
Now I know (Isn't it just amazing what a member can learn on the MCF
We are going to have 2 start giving out degree's)
Why me ? Whose my daddy ?

afternoon all, kind of cloudy/sunny here today. Going to go hang out with a friend. Been trying to visit him atleast once a week as he has eye problems and can't drive or work so he is stuck home all the time.

I'm sorry to read about your friend that has eye problems & can't drive or work...That has to be difficult for him to adjust. It's great that he has a `friend like you in life that cares & share their time/life.
I admire all that overcome their loses of sight/hearing/speech etc & overcome their limitations in life...
My grandfather use to take the Bum's & I to the VA hospital to visit returning Vets (it was very sad) and we were so thankful & grateful to be able to walk out of the hospital to enjoy life after our visits.
It's always been a reminder to me when I'm down & then I sit back & think how lucky I've been in life to be able to `do the basic things in life.
I hope that you can stay good friends during your journey of life.
EnJoy your day together...Thanks for sharing & hopefully it will inspire other member's to visit those that are less fortunate then themselves & maybe to be able to help them in some ways...

Evening all, still at my friends place. We went out, had lunch and did some other stuff, now we're just hanging out at his apartment, probably going to cook some burgers and have a few drinks.

evening everyone. Beautiful sunny day here today, so.......of course I had to get out of the office and visit some clients yes I love my job sometimes.
on my travels I picked up an egr valve and put it on my car in the hopes that the check engine light will stay off, I did the poor mans reset by taking the positive terminal off for a half hour and then reset the stereo and went for a good long cruise and saw a few clients. Here's hoping it works, but on the positive the surging that it has been doing as of late, hasn't happened since the changing of the valve so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
