Hey everyone!



Alternator delivered yesterday, installed it in the Monte, jump started the Monte, and the voltage on my Scangauge2 was still reading in the 12s. Way too low!!

Drove around for a good 40 minutes and never saw the voltage climbed. Sun started to set, and I decided to call it a night.

Just for fun, I decided to try to start the Monte this morning, and the voltage reading was over 14!!

I don't know what happened... but I'm happy it's back where it's supposed to be. Drove the Monte to work today, and hoping that it starts this afternoon and the voltage is again where it should be!

Just another beautiful day in Michigan...

rough night last night...My back deceiided that it wanted to spasm all night long.... Sure hope this heals soon!

Doctors said it going to take time.... Its been a little over 3 weeks and it still isnt healed!

I agree mike, You've had your fair share of things going on...especially with the Monte.... But hey 1 good thing did come out of your summer.... You got Married!

With winter right around the corner... I too have to figure out some things..Like Lizzys new truck... The Monte .... I have a 1 car Garage with 2 nice vehicles... I don't think anyone makes an "All Season" Car cover...
So, the question is... Which one gets to sit outdoors all winter?
I really don't have the extra cash for a staorage facility...and even then trust becomes an issue That someone didn't break in and damage/steal it!
I figured since we bought the Silverado for not only towing the camper...But also for its 4wd capeabilitys... For liz to get back and forth from work safely... during the winter..So, the Silverado's a no brainer.
Just having the Monte out of the garage during the summer has caused some minor issues.... Cant imagine what will happen with it sitting out all winter.... I really don't want to even consider that option!
