Car Interior Design Overhauls

Think a silky engine and uber-glitzy exterior shell are all it takes to sell a new car? Oftentimes, you'd be wrong. The real key to selling a car is its interior. With data increasingly showing that car interiors are one of biggest selling points, carmakers have turned their focus to interiors in a bid to attract new buyers. Here are nine of the most dynamic rehabs undertaken on new-model cars. We were not surprised to find that GM has four models listed.

I think everyone one of them looked much better after being revised. Except for one!!! The Honda Civic. I HATE the new interior I think it is UGLY, then again I think the new body style civic is ugly in general.

I think my favorite interior of all the ones shown was the Cadillac CTS interior. I like that is looks sporty, sophisticated, luxury, all in one package.

I REALLY love the 2-toned Malibu interior. I remember when I first saw it like 2 years ago before the car came out, it floored me.

Also I noticed that a lot of "wood" trimmings have been being cut down on the luxury cars.

That is a pretty nice interior on the Benz for sure. And that is a butt load of leg room!

But the car itself is hideous IMO!

Some pretty nice looking designs.

This thread got me thinking. Installing a '06/07 Monte dash in a '00-05 Monte.
Anyone think that'd be cool? Or crude?

I think it would be very cool!

I really like the direction that interiors are going these days. They feel very nice, they're comfortable, and very nice to look at and spend time in.
